Northeastern’s housing accommodations are available from June 1, 2009 – June 11, 2009 (noon). If you are interested, please fill out this form submit it before continuing to the payment page. If you are instead interested in staying in the surrounding hotels and guest houses, please see our page on Off-Campus Lodging after finishing your registration.

Two on-campus lodging options are available:

Full Private Apartment: This apartment type includes 2 twin beds in 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and one bathroom. Apartment includes internet connection. Perfect for those traveling with a guest. ($135/night/apartment).  Maximum occupancy 2 people.
Additional Guest Name:
Individual Registrants – Private Bedroom in Shared Apartment: 1 person in a private single bedroom (1 twin bed), sharing an apartment with 2-4 other conference participants (single gender apartments only), i.e., 3 participants, 3 bedrooms.  The apartment will contain 1 bedroom per person.  Apartment includes internet connection for each individual guest. $70.00/night/person

Important Notes

  • Minors (children under 18) are prohibited from staying in on-campus accommodations.
  • Space is limited. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We will make every attempt to accommodate any special requests but cannot guarantee all requests will be honored.
  • All residence halls are smoke-free facilities. Smoking is only allowed in designated spaces outdoors.
