Instructions for Proceedings Submissions for SUSY09
The conference organizers have chosen the American Institute of Physics as the publishers of the conference proceedings. Document preparation instructions and templates for submissions are available on their site. Once you have formatted your paper, send it to us through our paper upload page. We only accept PDF.
The page limitations are
- Plenary talks: 8-9 pages
- Parallel session talks: 4 pages
Please make sure to fill out the Transfer of Copyright agreement and return it to the AIP (Maya Flikop <mflikop AT aip DOT org>). We can not include your submission without a valid transfer.
Deadline for submission to susy09@neu.edu: September 30 October 5, 2009.
